The theme was reminiscent of a Bermudan seaside village. Selected design team, general contractors, site contractors, landscape contractors and third party specialty consultants/vendors. Developed  time-share mid-rise towers - 32 units each building. Building structural design was poured concrete columns and floors. Completed build-out of all infra-structure and landscaping for 600 units. Developed complex Central Facilities building which included resort check in, administrative offices, health club, restaurants, movie theater, two swimming pools, eight spas, rock grotto water falls, and other resort amenities. Completed 9,000 sf sales center. Coordinated all FF&amp;E and worked closely with sales and operational staff.<br /><br /><u>Hilton Grand Vacations on the Las Vegas Strip - Las Vegas, NV</u><br />Managed Design and Construction of Hilton Grand Vacations resort in Las Vegas, which consist of two high rise towers with 300 units each, located on a 10-acre site at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip.  Building structural design was poured concrete columns, and preformed, prestressed concrete floor planks. The theme was a “Desert Deco” style. Oversaw the construction management of general contractor, site contractor, landscape contractor and third party specialty consultants/vendors to develop: fitness center, heated swimming pools, interactive fountains and whirlpool spas, on-site deli, shop and lounges. Coordinated all FF&amp;E and worked closely with sales and operational staff.<br /><br /><u>Hard Rock Cafe/Live - Orlando</u><br />Managed the design and theming of this 41,384 sf Hard Rock Cafe and Live venue, which is located at Universal Studios Orlando in the CityWalk entertainment complex. I created, after many failed design competitions, the physical concept/elevation of the Roman Coliseum (Hard Rock Live Venue), which is the ICON of the Cafe/Live venue. The design included your typical A&amp;E firms; however, additional consultants: acoustical, lighting, stage, theatre, etc were brought in to design the 3,000-person concert/party &amp; banquet venue.  Hard Rock Cafe Orlando is the biggest HRC in the world. The hardscape consists of guitar shaped steps and fiber optic lighting throughout. Overall budget is 40 million U.S Dollars.<br /><br /><strong>Restaurant Development (High End)</strong><br /><u>Hard Rock Cafe - Orlando</u><br />Managed the Design of the 637 seat Hard Rock Cafe Orlando. Located at Universal Studios Orlando in the CityWalk entertainment complex, Hard Rock Cafe Orlando is the biggest HRC in the world. The site includes not only a vast, multi-level cafe, but a Hard Rock Live Orlando, a 3,000-person concert/party venue. It also has imposing columns, majestic archways, a grand entrance, plus the latest in sound and light technology.</p><p><u>Hard Rock Cafe - Niagara Falls </u><br />Managed the design and construction of a 342 seat Hard Rock Cafe located at the edge of Niagara Falls. The theming was Grand Old American-style, with caddilacs busting through the buildings exterior. <br /><br /><u>Hard Rock Cafe - Cleveland</u><br />Managed the design and construction of a 429 seat Hard Rock Cafe which is located in Tower City in the heart of downtown. This Cafe is multi-level, with the exhaust from the hoods required to be conditioned with a scrubber for clean air requirements. Also, the kitchen had to be designed as a bath tub approach, since there was high end retail below.  A 90 -foot tall guitar was designed and constructed on a bridge overpass adjacent to the Cafe.<br /><br /><u>Hard Rock Cafe - St. Louis</u><br />Managed the design and construction of this free standing 375 seat Cafe. The building is composed of a steel super structure with CMU exterior walls. The building was constructed in historic Union Station with historic architecture overview.<br /><br /><u>Hard Rock Cafe - Cape Town, South Africa</u><br />Managed the design and construction of this 550 seat Cafe, located at Queen Harbor, Cape Town. Managed locale A&amp;E team which assisted in coordination of construction trades, as well as permits with locale municipality. A shell building was converted to the new restaurant space.<br /><br /><u>Hard Rock Cafe - Atlanta</u><br />Managed the design and construction of the merchandise store. The Cafe is situated in downtown Atlanta&#39;s Cornerstone Building. Remodel was completed at accelerated pace while Cafe remained open<br /><br /><u>Hard Rock Cafe - Baltimore</u><br />Managed the design and construction of a 435 seat Hard Rock Cafe, which is located between the Baltimore National Aquarium and Fell&#39;s Point. A 68-foot neon guitar adorns one of the smokestacks and a custom-designed bar, which is shaped like a Les Paul complete with inlaid <br />handle is the main focal point. Also designed, permitted, and constructed Hard Rock Pier in Inner Harbor – Baltimore, First project allowed to be permitted by the Army Corp of Engineers.<br /><br /><u>Hard Rock Cafe - Nashville</u><br />Managed the design and construction of the Silver Dollar Saloon, located in the historic district of downtown Nashville. The building structure was challenging to renovate, since it dated back to 1855. New supports for floor joists, and new mechanical systems, as well as all new interiors.<br /><br /><u>Hard Rock Cafe - Salt Lake City</u><br />Managed the design and construction of the 242 seat Cafe located in the historic district.
